It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that I have obtained admission into the Niagra College in Toronto to pursue the computer programming course. I have paid the first semester tuition fee of CAD …….. and have deposited GIC amount of CAD 10000. Now I need a student visa to attend classes when they begin. I am approaching you with a request to grant the visa and oblige.

I have completed 12th standard studies in 2022 with a score of …% with mathematics, English, Computer Science, Physics and Chemistry as the majors. My study details are given below:

I intend to study computer programming and develop high level of skills and proficiency in C, Java and in databases and the use of SQL. I would like to study more about artificial intelligence and related topics too since these are integral to computer programming these days.
In addition, I have completed the A1 level course in German language and I have passes the IELTS exam with 5.5 in speaking, 8.5 in listening, 7 in reading and 6 in writing with an overall score of 7. I have also learnt French during the 10th standard studies.
Why Niagra College?
I have chosen Niagra College because it offers the diploma in computer programming course which is comprehensive and teaches students in detail about the topics in the course curriculum. Admission is an easy and quick process and the fees are reasonable. What is more important to me is that this college incorporates current technologies into its course curriculum. It is also a well-established institution with high ranking and respect in academic circles. I will consider it a privilege to study here.
Why Canada?
I aspire to study as per the standards of a developed country. Canada is one of the finest study destinations. I find that there are courses available at all levels. There are vocation oriented courses and students can study a basic course and then proceed to higher levels. Canada is also peaceful and the cost of studying here is affordable. Toronto has good public transportation that will help me to save costs on commuting and accommodation is available in plenty at reasonable prices. I will learn much about various traditions and cultures during my brief stay here.
Financials
I have already paid the first semester fees and have deposited the GIC amount. My parents will fund me for studies and cost of stay in Canada. My father is a pipeline operator in Kuwait with an income of Rs 1 lakhs per month and my mother is a staff nurse in a public hospital in Kuwait with a monthly income of Rs 1.5 lakhs.
My father owns property worth Rs 75 lakhs. We are in comfortable financial circumstances and the expense of studies in Canada will not affect our family position financially.
Reasons for coming back to India
India is growing fast. It is home to large international companies and local businesses. It is also an IT Hub with companies like IBM, Google and Microsoft engaged in IT developments. As a foreign educated professional, I will get lucrative job in India. I would like to live and work in India.
Moreover, I am the only son of my parents. My parents will retire eventually and I, as the sole son, am duty bound to take care of them and be by their side when they need me. It is my duty to support them.
Why I am not studying a similar course in India
If one wishes to get a well-paying job in international IT companies in India like Google or Amazon, foreign qualifications help. Students with foreign degrees are preferred because they are far more skilled. Also, they have experience of international standards and the business culture. Therefore, even though similar courses are available in India at lower costs, I consider it a worthwhile investment to study abroad. I will get a good start in life. I can start as a junior programmer in any of these multinational IT firms located in Bangalore or Hyderabad. Thereafter, I can go on to become a senior programmer and eventually a project head.
The proposed course is consistent with my education so far. I have studied computer applications during the 12th standard studies and am familiar with the topics. The course is relevant to my future career goals in that I aim to become a programmer in a leading multinational IT company in India. The pay scales are good and there are chances to advance rapidly.
Please consider and grant me a study visa so that I can start attending my classes.
